With cardamom & vanilla. Lush, versatile preserve makes the perfect treat any time—pair it with buttery toast, crepes, game, and more. Ingredients: Indian long gourd, sugar, water, lemon juice, toasted almonds, vanilla extract, spices, sea salt. 
Tomato and White Sultana Chutney:
With ginger & garam masala. A classical chutney to spread on sandwiches, pair with soft cream and goat cheeses. Ingredients: tomatoes, sugar, apple cider vinegar, sultanas, dried Kashmiri red chilies, garlic, ginger, sea salt, garam masala. 
Lemon-Sultana Marmalata:
With caraway & saffron. Sun-drenched golden marmalade pairs beautifully with buttery toast, cheeses, fish, poultry, and more. Ingredients: golden sultanas, sugar, verjus, white vinegar, lemon zest, crystallized honey, dried lemon, sea salt, saffron. Contains sulfites.
Spiced Raisin Marmalata:

Brinjal Caponata:
Purple aubergine with cumin & curry leaves. A silky sweet-n’-sour relish with a natural affinity to grilled fish, lamb, nutty cheeses and bread. Ingredients: aubergine, brown sugar, sesame seed oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, spices, green chilies.
